You run a hotel.
You shouldn't have to
run a software company.

Ultra-rapid prototyping for your operation.

We go from spec to a working MVP in as little as one day.

Built on top of the tech stack you already own, with no additional subscriptions.

Easy for your team to maintain and enhance once we hand it over.

§ Thesis

Hotels are not technology companies. They shouldn't have to become one to be tech-aware, AI-ready, data-driven.

The Problem

Most hospitality companies are drowning in tools that create more friction, not less.

- before

A stack of hundreds.
more logins, more friction.

Most systems overlap. None talk to each other properly. Every new need means another tool, another login.

More invoices.
more waste.

Another monthly invoice for software you underuse.

Time lost.
potential lost.

Teams waste time navigating tools instead of serving guests.

Our Approach

We do the opposite.
We simplify, connect, empower.

- after
01

Start with your reality.
empower your people.

We look at what your teams actually do every day, and train them to understand, use and own the result.

02

Smallest solutions.
connect what you have.

The right automations and internal tools to remove friction - connected to the systems you already own.

03

Prototype, automate,
own one layer.

Validate ideas in days. Automate the repetitive. One integration layer you own - not fifteen subscriptions you rent.

§ The MVP process

Ultra-rapid prototyping.
From spec to MVP in as little as one day.

We work at the speed of the idea. One day from a clear spec to a working MVP, depending on complexity and how ready your integrations are. You test it on the operation. If it earns its place, we scope the full project. If it doesn't, you keep what was built and walk away.

step 01
Spec.

A spec call. You describe the problem. We write a one page spec together: inputs, outputs, who uses it, what done looks like, which systems it has to touch. You sign it off or walk away. No charge.

day 0 · free
step 02
Agree the days.

From the signed spec we quote a fixed number of build days, up front, in writing. You approve that number before anything starts. No change orders once we begin. No extras.

fixed quote · no surprises
step 03
Build the MVP.

Heads down on the agreed days. As little as one day from clean spec to a working MVP, more when integrations need work. You see it come together, not a status deck two weeks out.

from 1 day · live build
step 04
Ship & own.

MVP released to the team that will use it. Full ownership stays with you from day one. Accounts in your name, code in your repo, documentation in your drive. Nothing on subscription to us.

your repo · your accounts
step 05
Decide, only then.

If it works and you want the full thing, we cost and plan the phased rollout: integrate deeper, embed in the business, train, hand over. If not, you keep the MVP and we part as friends.

§ Who it's for

Built for any
size of operation.

Single property, small group, or a global brand. The MVP model stays the same. What changes is the scope of the first spec and who we need in the room.

Model 01

I am a single hotel.

Independent property, boutique, or owner operated. One decision maker, one stack, one clear problem to relieve first.

  • One GM or owner in the room is enough to sign off.
  • Lightest possible kickoff. We can be on the operation the week after the spec call.
  • Natural home for a first automation, a small internal tool, or a guest touchpoint.
Model 02

I am a small group.

A handful to a few dozen properties. Shared ops, shared reporting, each property doing things slightly differently. The most common fit.

  • GM plus a corporate lead on the spec. One property as the pilot.
  • If the pilot holds, the same MVP rolls out to the rest of the group.
  • Where ultra-rapid prototyping moves fastest from idea to group-wide adoption.
Model 03

I am a global group.

Brand operated or franchised estates. Central IT, procurement, InfoSec and legal in play. The MVP model cuts through the layers by proving value to support the business case.

  • One property, one region. The MVP runs live to back the case with real results.
  • Results speak louder than decks. Stakeholders see a working tool, not a proposal.
  • Full rollout scoped with your PMO once the pattern is proven.
§ Where we work

Built for every corner
of the operation.

Examples of where we work. Anywhere a manager is doing in spreadsheets what software should be doing. Anywhere a human is scrubbing reservations, checking bookings manually, printing lists, or spending hours on data entry.

01
Operations & Guest Experience

A shift handover that writes itself, waiting in the duty manager’s inbox. A multilingual concierge on WhatsApp that knows the guest’s history and escalates to a human the moment sentiment turns.

02
Reservations & Front Desk

A pre-arrival summary that flags preferences, allergies and past complaints before the guest reaches the desk. A unique guest view that shows all past interactions across all touchpoints.

03
Revenue

A parity watcher that pings the channel manager within minutes of an OTA undercut. Competitor websites and OTA listings scraped every hour, with alerts the moment a compset moves rate or availability.

04
Sales & Marketing

Campaign segments built from real stay history, and suggestion of next destination. Post-stay surveys sent at the right moment, with NPS and review sentiment rolled up into a dashboard the GM actually reads.

05
Housekeeping

The moment a guest taps into breakfast or leaves the building, the right room gets pushed up housekeeping’s queue, on any staff phone. Photo-based inspections with AI spotting the misses.

06
F&B

Covers forecasts tied to the rooms book so the kitchen preps for the right night. A signed BEO that turns itself into kitchen prep lists and staff rosters.

07
Engineering & Maintenance

Rooms auto-blocked in the PMS while a fix is in progress, unblocked when it’s signed off. A weekly "what’s breaking twice" report the engineer actually reads.

08
Finance

Supplier invoices read, coded to the GL and routed for approval without anyone re-typing. A daily three-way check across PMS, POS and bank feeds that flags a mismatch the same morning.

09
HR & People

Rotas generated from forecast occupancy and event calendars, ready for the manager to tweak in minutes. Local payroll wired into the group’s global HR system so hours, tips and absences flow through without re-keying.

N° 01
AI · Night Audit automation

An AI-powered night audit that runs itself and reports back by morning.

Built for a multi-property group. Runs 30+ checks across finance, housekeeping, front desk and operations every night. Rate variances, unbalanced folios, missing payments, dirty rooms, overbookings. Reduces night audit from 3 hours of manual work to minutes.

N° 02
Guest experience · Pre-arrival

A pre-arrival form that captures preferences and eliminates manual data entry.

Separate flows for members and non-members. Guest details, room preferences and special requests collected before arrival. Tickets created automatically in the right department. No one scrubbing reservations or printing lists.

Integrations · HR & Payroll

Multiple local payroll systems unified into one global HR layer.

The bridge between what your hotel needs and how it gets built.

Fabio Maggioni

Fabio Maggioni, Founder

Built at the intersection of hotel operations and technology.

Hi, I am Fabio Maggioni. I've worked across systems touching every department in a hotel, which means I understand how properties actually run, not just how they're designed. That perspective allows me to move quickly from insight to execution: rapid prototyping, pragmatic problem-solving, and fast rollout at property level.

Most consultants sit on one side, operations or technology. I work across both. My experience spans operations, commercial strategy, RFQ processes, systems architecture and development, integrations, and end-to-end delivery, from vendor selection through to implementation and executive-level alignment.

Background includes leading hospitality groups such as Belmond, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton and IWG. Now running Hotel Innovation: an independent team focused on building solutions that work in reality, are owned by the teams using them, and deliver impact from day one.

§ A conversation · no commitment

Tell us what you're
trying to build.

A conversation about your operation.

You walk us through the operating problem. We listen carefully, ask the questions that matter, and come back quickly with an honest read, whether it’s worth building, integrating, or leaving alone. If there’s something to pursue, we schedule a second call.

Before we talk — a few things worth thinking about
  1. What are the frictions your team runs into every day?
  2. Which task eats most of your managers’ time?
  3. What would you change first if you could?
  4. Which systems are you paying for but barely using?
  5. What does good, six months from now, look like?
